Peer Gynt has been on the market ever since 1938, and the structure of the yarn makes it a favorite for knitting traditional kofte sweaters. Peer Gynt remains as popular a yarn today as it was then. In the autumn of 2022, we launched a thinner version of exactly the same yarn, with the same good properties – Tynn Peer Gynt. Garments made of Norwegian wool are light, warm and grow softer every time you wear them. Norwegian wool is durable and pill-resistant, and its superior resilience ensures that garments keep their shape over time. Be kind to the environment! Wool is breathable and rarely needs washing. Instead, we recommend airing your wool garments. Garments made of Norwegian wool have a long lifespan and can remain just as beautiful for several generations. As a result, Norwegian wool can contribute to more sustainable consumption.
The same fiber is used in both Peer Gynt and Tynn Peer Gynt, but in different thicknesses – Tynn Peer Gynt is a 3-ply yarn and Peer Gynt is a 4-ply yarn.
For machine washing, we recommend that all wool garments be washed separately on a wool program, to ensure the gentlest treatment. Centrifuge well and dry the garment flat, preferably on top of a towel. Never use a laundry bag when washing hand-knitted wool garments. This creates friction that can cause the garment to felt.

Due to multiple entities such as the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to fully manage stock. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. Please understand it may happen that your order may be out of stock after the order is placed.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If you haven't received your product within the 30 days period, we're not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
